	abstract = {Cases of jaw masses abound in our environment which is a tropical one, with Burkitt lymphoma being the commonest aetiology. However rarer causes like juvenile aggressive ossifying fibroma should also be considered. It is a locally aggressive tumor with high recurrent potentials occurring in children and adolescent. Here we present the clinical features, physical findings and challenges in diagnosing and management of a 7-year-old boy who presented to the Paediatric unit of our institute with a right jaw mass.},
